For multi-brand groups

One multi-brand broker platform, a distinct face for every brand

XFIV is a multi-brand broker platform for groups that run several MT5 brands. Each brand gets its own client portal, web terminal, domain and AI agent persona, while your team manages integration, permissions and audit logs from one place. Group CRM and reporting run in XFIV BrokerOS.

Why multi-brand is hard

Every new brand should not mean a new tech stack

Broker groups add brands for many reasons: different regions, different client segments, different regulators, or a white-label partner who wants their own name on the door. The trouble starts when each brand gets its own portal vendor, its own scripts and its own copy of client data.

After a few brands, the group runs several stacks that drift apart. Fixes have to be made more than once, reporting means stitching spreadsheets together, and nobody is sure which brand runs which version.

XFIV is designed the other way around. The integration layer is shared, and the client-facing layer is configured per brand. Each brand looks and feels like its own business. Your operations team works with one system.

Per-brand front end

Each brand keeps its own identity

XFIV Portal and XFIV Trade are configured per brand: logo, colours, domain, email templates, languages and the name and tone of the AI agent. A client of one brand never sees another brand.

  • Separate domains and branding
  • Per-brand AI agent persona
  • Multi-language interfaces per brand

Shared integration

One integration layer behind every brand

XFIV Connect links each brand to its MT5 server, whether brands share a server or run their own. Webhooks can go to one group system or to a different endpoint per brand.

  • One API for every brand
  • Per-brand webhook endpoints
  • Sandbox for testing new brands

Group operations

Group-level control and visibility

Staff roles, permissions and audit logs are managed centrally, so you can see who did what across brands. Group CRM, IB management and consolidated reporting run in XFIV BrokerOS.

  3. Configure and test

Set branding, agent persona and webhooks, then test the brand in the sandbox.

  4. Launch

Open the brand to clients, starting with a pilot group if you prefer.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a multi-brand broker platform?

It is software that lets one broker group run several client-facing brands, each with its own portal, terminal and domain, on a shared technical base. Clients see a distinct brand. The group runs one system.

Can each brand use a different MT5 server?

Yes. XFIV Connect can link brands to separate MT5 servers or to one shared server. Compatibility with each MT5 build is confirmed during onboarding.

Can brands use different XFIV products?

Yes. One brand might use XFIV Portal and XFIV Trade, another only XFIV Portal. Products are enabled per brand.

Is group-level CRM and reporting available today?

Yes. Group CRM, IB management and consolidated reporting run in XFIV BrokerOS, on the same data as the rest of XFIV.
