1. Software only, not a broker
XFIV builds five connected products for MT5 brokers: XFIV Portal, XFIV Trade, XFIV Copy, XFIV Connect and XFIV BrokerOS. XFIV is not a broker, dealer, investment firm or payment provider.
- We do not hold or manage client funds.
- We do not execute trades for clients or act as a counterparty.
- We do not provide liquidity, trading accounts or regulatory licences.
- We do not provide investment, financial, tax, legal or regulatory advice.
2. No investment advice
Content on xfiv.com, including articles, guides, glossary entries and product pages, is general information for businesses. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, and it does not take into account anyone’s objectives, financial situation or needs. Do not rely on it as the basis for any investment or business decision without independent professional advice.
3. Risk warning: trading, CFDs and copy trading
Copy trading and social trading carry additional risks. Copying another trader does not remove market risk, and a strategy provider’s results can change quickly. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Differences in timing, account size, leverage, fees and execution can cause a follower’s results to differ from the provider’s.
XFIV software includes tools, such as risk controls in XFIV Copy, that brokers can configure. These tools help brokers manage risk; they do not eliminate it or guarantee any outcome.
4. AI agent and MCP access
The AI agent in XFIV Portal, and AI assistants that clients connect through MCP in XFIV Connect, provide information about accounts, balances, trading history and portal tasks. They do not provide investment advice or personal recommendations.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should check important information against their account records and contact their broker for help. Brokers control what data the AI agent can access and how it is presented to their clients.
5. Screenshots, mockups and sample data
Product images, interface mockups and demos on xfiv.com use sample data. Account balances, prices, profits, trader names and performance figures shown in them are illustrative only. They do not represent real clients, real trading results or expected results.
6. Regulatory responsibility stays with brokers
Brokers that use XFIV products remain fully responsible for their own regulatory obligations, including licensing, client onboarding and KYC, anti-money-laundering controls, suitability and appropriateness checks, marketing rules, risk warnings, client communications and record keeping.
XFIV software can support those processes, but its configuration and use are the broker’s responsibility. Whether a product or feature is permitted in a particular jurisdiction depends on local law, and brokers should take independent legal advice.
7. Forward-looking statements
Product descriptions and statements about future features, integrations, timelines or roadmaps may change. Forward-looking statements reflect our current intentions, may change without notice and are not commitments.
Contractual commitments about features and service levels are only those set out in a signed customer agreement.
8. Third-party names
MetaTrader 5, MT5 and other third-party product and company names on xfiv.com are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility or for identification and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
