A 30–45 minute call about your brokerage, target markets, regulatory position, timeline and what is already in place. We tell you plainly if a service is not a fit.
Written proposal
A scope listing deliverables, what we need from you, who does what, milestones and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
NDA and kick-off
We sign an NDA, agree one contact on each side and set up a shared workspace and a regular update rhythm.
Delivery
We work in milestones. You review and approve each one, and your compliance team signs off anything public before it goes live.
Handover
You own the output: domains, accounts, brand files, documents and access. We hand over credentials and documentation at the end.
Ongoing support

Do I need to use XFIV software to buy a service?
No. Every service can be engaged on its own. If you also use XFIV products, we connect the work, for example a new website wired to XFIV Portal sign-up.
How are services priced?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted after a discovery call, because brokerages differ in markets, size and regulatory position. You receive a written proposal with a fixed scope before any work starts.
Do you work with brokers outside the UK?
Yes. Our team has supported brokers in many regions. Marketing, PR and social media depend on local rules, so we review the rules for your markets at the start and work with your compliance team.
Will you name us as a client?
No. We work under NDA and never publish client names, logos or details. If you want to be a public reference, that needs your written permission.
Can several services run as one project?
Yes. Common combinations are branding, website and social media launch for a new brokerage, or PR and brand protection for an established one. We scope them as one project with one contact.
Can you guarantee outcomes such as press coverage, verification or content removal?
