XFIV is a new brand from FIKO AI LABS LTD, but the people behind it are not new to this industry. XFIV was built by senior and mid-level managers who spent their careers inside global brokerages. Together our team has 18+ years of experience in brokerage technology and services and has supported 30+ brokers worldwide.
Who built XFIV?
XFIV was started by people who ran brokerages from the inside: in management, dealing and risk, technology, operations, compliance, marketing and client support at well-known global brokers. We know the long nights before a launch, the client who cannot withdraw at 3 a.m., and the regulator’s letter that arrives on a Friday.
Over those years we bought software that did not fit and services from agencies that had never seen a dealing desk. XFIV is what we wanted then: connected products for MT5 brokers, and a team that offers the services around them.

Why don’t we name our clients?
Brokers trust us with their systems, plans, data and problems. Many of them do not want their suppliers known, and some work with us in competitive markets. So we do not publish client names, logos, case studies or screenshots, and we do not name clients in sales conversations.
Every engagement is covered by an NDA. Access to client systems is scoped, logged and removed when no longer needed. Information from one client is never used for another.
