What does the setup fee cover?
Setup covers configuration, branding, connecting XFIV Connect to your MT5 server, sandbox access and go-live support. Complex branding or integrations move the fee towards the top of the range.
How long is the contract?
Essential is month-to-month, with no minimum term. For Professional, Launch and Enterprise, the contract length is agreed in your proposal. Annual billing saves 15% on the monthly fee.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free production trial, but you can build and test in the XFIV Connect sandbox with sample data before going live.
What happens as we grow?
Plans include an agreed scope of active clients and MT5 servers. Above that, extra clients and servers are quoted as usage-based add-ons, so you only pay more when you use more.
Can you migrate data from our current CRM or portal?
Yes. Migration is quoted after we review your data, typically between $2,000 and $10,000 one-time. The Launch plan includes migration planning.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Your MT5 licence and server, market data, PSP, KYC, liquidity and any TradingView licence are contracted directly with those providers.
Are there any discounts?
Annual billing saves 15% on the monthly fee. Any other terms are agreed in your proposal.
Which currency do you bill in, and are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.
Why are Trade and Copy add-ons in some plans?
Essential and Professional focus on the client portal, integration and back office. XFIV Trade and XFIV Copy can be added to either plan at the add-on prices shown, and are included in Launch and Enterprise.
Can we pay a share of performance fees for XFIV Copy instead?
Possibly. A performance-fee share model can be agreed instead of the fixed monthly fee. Terms are set in your proposal.
Does pricing include a licence to operate as a broker?
No. XFIV is a technology provider, not a broker. We do not provide or arrange regulatory licences.
