These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website at xfiv.com and its pages (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Who we are
In these Terms, "XFIV", "we", "us" and "our" refer to FIKO AI LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16502068, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. FIKO AI LABS LTD operates XFIV and the Website. "You" refers to any person or organization that accesses the Website.
XFIV is a brokerage technology provider that builds five connected products for MT5 brokers: XFIV Portal, XFIV Trade, XFIV Copy, XFIV Connect and XFIV BrokerOS. XFIV is not a broker.
3. No financial services or advice
The Website is intended for businesses, mainly brokers and companies planning to operate a brokerage. It is not directed at retail investors or traders.
- XFIV provides software only. We do not hold client funds, execute trades for clients, provide trading accounts, provide liquidity or provide regulatory licences.
- Nothing on the Website is investment, financial, tax, legal or regulatory advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
- You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about licensing, regulatory compliance or trading.

4. Acceptable use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including learning about XFIV and evaluating our products. You must not:
- use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the Website’s operation, security or availability;
- use automated means to access the Website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or to circumvent any technical restriction;
- copy or republish Website content for commercial purposes except as allowed in section 5;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with XFIV, or suggest that XFIV endorses you without our written permission.
We may restrict or suspend access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, product images, interface mockups, logos and the XFIV name and product names, are owned by or licensed to XFIV and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Website for your own internal evaluation of XFIV. You may quote short extracts with attribution to XFIV. Any other copying, adaptation or distribution requires our prior written permission.
MetaTrader 5, MT5 and other third-party names mentioned on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or for identification. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
6. Product information
Product descriptions, screenshots, mockups and roadmap statements are for general information. They may change without notice and do not form part of any contract. Interface mockups may use sample data that does not represent real accounts or results. The features, service levels and commitments that apply to you are only those set out in your customer agreement.
7. Third-party links and the XFIV client app
The Website may link to websites and services operated by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
The "Book a Demo" buttons on the Website open our demo request form at /book-demo. How we handle the details you submit through it is described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
Some links on the Website take you to the XFIV client application at client.xfiv.com. Your use of that application is governed by its own terms and privacy notice, not by these Terms.

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available".
